You’re building and iterating on your solution, but gathering customer feedback is far from over (it never will be, in fact).
Over the past several weeks, I’ve walked you through the first 4 benchmarks of my 7 benchmark product-market fit framework.
You’ve explored the problem through Founder/Problem fit and Problem/Value fit.
Now, you’re finally getting to focus on the solution. You put out your first offer, something simple that delivers value to your target audience. You’re continuing to iterate on that offer, and with each iteration, you need to reach out to users and customers to get their insights.
When asking for feedback, you want to remember 2 main principles:
1)Make sure that you are clear about the kind of feedback you are looking for
2)Make sure that you mention who your target customer is
