Surveys are an incredibly helpful tool when it comes to learning more about your customers. But creating a survey that gets you the information you need can be incredibly daunting.
Here are my top rules when it comes to creating a masterful customer survey:
- Only ask questions for which you know exactly what you’re going to do with the answer.
- Use mostly close-ended questions in order to make the survey easy for your customers to fill out.
- Divide your survey up by pages.
- Ask the most important questions first.
