How can you get valuable feedback if you don’t actually build a product?
Start with your idea. Spend time just talking about what you’re thinking.
Validate your audience and the problem you’re solving first… before seeking to validate the solution.
Remember that your prototype needs to be as simple as possible. During this early phase, your job is to validate your idea and get valuable feedback from your customers as they use the most basic version of your product.
It’s not flashy… or fun. But it’ll save you gobs of money before you build something that no one wants!
