Step 1: Map out some important screening questions to determine who should be interviewed.
Step 2: Recruit people that fit the basics of your early-vangelist hypotheses.
Step 3: Prepare your questions ahead of time by writing a loose script.
Step 4: Conduct your interviews, making sure to spend most of the time listening.
Step 5: Analyze by writing down notes and consolidating your findings.
